5. No Emergency Services Guarantee

RelayAtlas does not guarantee delivery of notifications and is not responsible for emergency response outcomes. Users must always contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is required.

6. Intellectual Property

RelayAtlas retains all rights to the platform. Users retain ownership of their data.

7. Limitation of Liability

RelayAtlas is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelayAtlas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
